Refunds & Returns
Returning items purchased instore
We will happily provide a refund on full priced items purchased in store if the following conditions are met:
- Items purchased instore must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- The item is unworn & in original condition
- All tags must still be attached including original packaging
- Receipt with proof of purchase must be provided
- Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a store credit if the above conditions are met
Returning Items purchased Online
We will happily provide a refund on full priced items purchased online if the following conditions are met:
- Contact us with 3 days of your order being delivered to let us know you are making a return. Our email is online@willowandreed.com.au. Once we have authorised your return you will be responsible for posting back the goods within 3 days. All return postage charges will be at your expense.
- The item is unworn & in original condition
- All tags must still be attached including original packaging
- Returns form must be completed
- Items returned within 30 days may also be eligible for a store credit if the above conditions are met
We are unable to hold items online for an exchange. If wanting to exchange sizes we recommend making a return and then a new purchase for the correct size.
We do not offer refunds on seasonal items for Christmas & Easter ranges due to the short sell window.
We do not offer refunds on sale & clearance items & bundle specials. This includes for incorrect sizing and change of mind. If your sale item is faulty, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on teething toys, dummies & swimwear.
